The Travellers introduced

It was a warm summer afternoon when our friends finally met. Robbie, an early riser and natural go-getter was the first to arrive. He cordially asked the secretary where to wait (the poor girl nearly fainted for his perfect manners and Australian accent). After him came in Lori, immaculately dressed but seemingly flustered, "Do not expect me to be early, my friend, this is merely to give a good first impression." She spoke smiling and with only the hint of an accent as she made her way towards Robbie with a few graceful steps. "G'day," Robbie started and so the introductions began. Josh came in right on time, perhaps he not sure whether in the right place or maybe it was natural shyness that prevented him from speaking but Robbie quickly took initiative ("Hello, mate, I'm Robbie").

And so our group of three began chatting comfortably. Now, they knew there'd be four of them, but it was us who were beginning to worry when finally Tasha burst in through the door, slightly out of breath, a little mutt hopping happily behind her. "Man, traffic is just a bitch these days. I am soooo sorry everyone. I'm, um, Tasha by the way. And this is my dog Learoy." It seemed that the others took an instant liking to our final arrivals. They seemed excited to begin. We gave the group a little time to get acquainted. Then, feeling confident that we'd chosen the right people, we endeavored to let them know just exactly what it was they were in for. The secretary came into the room and familiarized the occupants with the equipment on the far end wall. It is at this point that the telephone conference began. Of course, we had taken the liberty of using the camera in the room to watch the first meeting. "Hello Robbie, Lori, Josh, and glad you could make it Tasha," we began. They greeted us back, Tasha blushing slightly. "From now on you will collectively be known as 'The Travelers.' We understand you do not know the full extent of you jobs so during this conference that at least will be explained. You will, of course, be traveling. The bulk of your work will be research and finally sharing your finds on each destination. If you would each take one of the folders on the corner table, your personal responsibilities are outlined, as well as everyone else's." Josh went over to get the folders. "Now, if you have any questions after going through the information. You will at some point get the chance to ask them. We will send word on your first destination once you are done here. Now, we're very busy people so we've got to get going. Happy travels!"

After that our Travelers gave each other startled looks and proceeded to hurriedly pass the folders. - MAK
